Complimenting this lifestyle is our maintenance-free promise where the entire Village, including your garden and home facade, is taken care of for you by our Village Manager. We look after all services from cleaning, through to landscaping and general repairs. Less upkeep on your home means you’ll have more time to spend on hobbies, sports, with family and friends, and on living the relaxed lifestyle of your choice.
Your Village Manager will also be responsible for the general day to day running of the Village for your peace of mind. Our close connections with various service providers ensures that you have the best of everything here. You have access to a range of services, in-home support (at an additional cost), the benefit of a community of like-minded friends and neighbors and a variety of recreational pursuits at your fingertips
MEDICAL CARE
One of the main charm of Golden Years is its tie-up with Mundakapadam Mandiram Hospital to provide 24×7 on-call Doctors and Nursing care services. There is a Healthcare center within the club house. Periodic visit by doctors are available. Physiotherapy services will be available on request. Facilities will be provided for collection of samples of blood, urine etc. for lab tests at the clinic itself and results provided at the clinic.
All residents will be issued with Privilege Cards for Hospital at a special rate, which facilitate facilities like preference at OP Department, consultation with specialist doctors etc. They will also be eligible for special discount in their IP bills & OP Consultation
